Welcome to Play Move Grow, a Children’s Physiotherapy and developmental service based in Norfolk, run by Chartered Physiotherapist Rachel Pailes. Rachel’s aim is to provide children and their families with practical, sustainable and functional therapy / developmental support through Play and Movement, to enable children to Grow into happy and confident individuals.
With over 15 years experience as a children’s physiotherapist, Rachel has a passion for early intervention and the importance of the early environment and experiences on motor, sensory and functional development as well as overall wellbeing.
She works with children under the age of 12 from her clinic, individual homes and schools.

Your baby, infant or child’s joints, bones or muscles:
☆ Your baby has a head turn preference and can only look one way
☆ Your baby is developing a flat spot on their head
☆ Your baby has an upper limb dominance
☆ Your infant walks on their tip toes
☆ Your child walks with their feet turned /rolled in
☆ Your child is complaining of aches and pains
☆ Your child appears to trip and fall frequently
Your child has a known or suspected, neurodevelopmental condition such as:
☆ Cerebral Palsy
☆ Developmental Delay
☆ Down Syndrome
☆ Spina Bifida
☆ Developmental co-ordination disorder (DCD)
Your baby, infant or child’s development:
☆ Delayed milestones such as rolling, crawling, sitting and walking
☆ Poor tolerance of positioning such as tummy time and handling such as back arching
☆ Delayed head control or general floppiness
☆ Stiffness or jerky uncoordinated movements
☆ Lack of interest in movement
☆ Reduced use of one side of the body
Your child requires rehabilitation following:
☆ Trauma / injury
☆ Orthopaedic surgery
☆ Neurosurgery such as SDR
☆ Acquired brain injury
